The Company’s most recent project was the conversion of the former Anwelt Shoe Factory in Fitchburg, MA into the signature MassInnovation Center. The conversion of the former factory into a thriving mixed-use campus featured the largest solar installation in New England at the time. MassInnovation is currently converting Lawrence’s iconic Wood Mill into New England’s largest eco-luxury development, Monarch Lofts.
